To maintain eligibility within the program, creators must upload a minimum of 15 short-form videos, or 'Reels,' to Facebook within a 30-day cycle, ensuring these are distributed across at least 10 different days. While the content is not required to be exclusive to Facebook, it must be original work from the creator and can incorporate AI-generated elements. This program is presently limited to creators residing in the United States and Canada, with financial support capped at a maximum duration of three months per participant.

Meta emphasizes that the program is intended for "established creators who are new to or re-engaging with Facebook."
